Wearing super-high heels regularly may cause foot problems; but donning them occasionally is dangerous, too, especially for extensive walking and/or dancing.  Indeed, if you’re unaccustomed to them, you’ll be, well, upping your risk of developing pain, blisters, corns and calluses, spraining your ankles, and hurting your knees.
