Lace Up Those Running Shoes
When
you wear high heels, you’re shifting most of the burden of weight distribution
and shock absorption to the balls of your feet, and their delicate toe bones. Besides
being painful, this can eventually alter your natural gait, and cause foot and ankle ailments, such as bunions, hammertoes, stress fractures, and more, especially
if you wear heels every day.
So,
give your feet a break; and if you notice any problems developing, lace up
those running shoes and get over to our office right away!
