Soon, it'll be time for holiday parties again. So when you put on your dancing shoes, make sure that they’re comfortable ones! Indeed, beyond causing discomfort, wearing very high heels can trigger many foot problems, such as Achilles tendinitis. This is an inflammation of the tendon that connects the heel bone to the calf muscles, which eventually can become constricted, or permanently shortened. So, if you wear high heels, limit them to 2”. You can be stylish without stilettos; and you'll high-step longer when heels are lower.
