Meet Carpal’s Counterpart
While
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (pain, numbness, and weakness in the hand, caused
by pressure on the median nerve of the wrist) has received much press, there’s
a lesser-known, yet very similar, problem that affects the feet. Called Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome, it’s triggered by pressure on the tibial nerve, which runs
down the back of the leg; and early treatment is important for both conditions. So,
