Avoid Doing the Twist in Your Flip-Flops
Ankle sprains are more common in the summer than in winter, but not just because people are more active. Often, flip-flops are to blame, as they’re loose-fitting, and can easily cause slips and twists.
So, save your flip-flops for the beach, and wear more appropriate shoes for high-energy activities, such as playing sports; and, of course, dancing. After all, you do NOT want to do the Twist in your flip-flops!
